To pass the benefits of GST cut for Yamaha customers; R15, FZ and MT15 to get cheap

India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Limited has announced that it will give the full benefit of the GST cut to the two -wheeler customers from September 22.C. GST for two wheelers under C350CC engine is now 5 Cent percent of the previous 5 per cent, which is 5 percent. However, a bike with an engine over C350C CC will now be taxed 40 percent with a luxury item.

Yamah Motor India Group President Itru Oatani said, “We want to thank the Government of India for timely cutting on two -wheelers in GST. During the festive season, the demand for two wheels will be strong.

Other bike manufacturers reduce the cost

Meanwhile, Hero MotoCorp has announced on Wednesday that this would reduce the prices of two -wheelers to Rs 15,743. The company said the customers have received the full benefit of the GST rate cut. The modified price will be implemented from September 22, the company said in regulatory fileing. The price cut will apply to several models, including a motorcycle like splendar+, glamor and extram range, as well as scooters like zoom, destiny and joy+.
